The West Soccer Event questline

Today I am coming back at you with the questline for the new event on The West, called "Soccer event" (a very original name, right?).

The new questline contains 15 quests and it is available to any player, no matter the level, as it says in the event description here.

Blue card

In order to gain access to the questline, you have to find a Black soccer ball and equip it.
Now, you may wonder, how can I get this ball?
You can get it as a drop from Blue cards, which you can drop randomly from jobs. But watch out, the drop rate on these cards is very, very low.
You can drop up to 250 Blue cards until the event ends.
